Celebrities too succumb to the dreaded disease...

Noted writer Mala Sen who brought the Phoolan Devi popularly known as Bandit Queen to the limelight has died. She lived in London before the death overpowered her fight against the Cancer. She lived in London and to seek cure for cancer, moved to Mumbai. But like many others who cannot defeat the death, she too succumbed and said the final adieu to the world.
A few years back model-turned-actress Lisa Ray too was diagnosed with cancer. But for Lisa, life has something more to offer. Lisa won the battle against cancer. The need of the hour is that people irrespective of their caste, creed or religion and above all the class should come forward to accelerate the fight against cancer. Unite and help mobilise the manpower and the resources to defeat the occurrence of cancer.
