Indian alone has more than 2.5 million persons afflicted by Cancer. Out of these a large chunk of the affected are women who face social trauma in every sphere of life. Everyday as per an estimate more than five lac cancer patients die around the world ending the dreaded disease up at the top slot of the list of most killing diseases of the world.
Women are no exception. They are affected by the cancer of cervix and the mammary glands, two organs which play a very important part in reproduction and nursing a child after reproducing it respectively. The very basic function of a female is to reproduce which gets threatened due to the dreaded disease.
Mobilising resources can help the early detection of cancer, which later on requires proper funding; as most of the patients come from rural and poor background. Let's join hands and help the poor and enable them fight the cancer.
